I believe in a collaborative approach with clients to establish trust and rapport in our therapeutic alliance.

I am a Masters Level Counselor in the state of Georgia.

I gained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University.

My top priority is providing clients with a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space. I specialize in play therapy and working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief, parental divorce, trauma, school-related issues, social skills, coping skills, and multicultural concerns.

I have experience working in the school system with children ages 3-18, adults, families, and groups. Multicultural counseling is my passion and I strive to create a culturally sensitive environment for all clients. I also believe in a collaborative approach with clients to establish trust and rapport in our therapeutic alliance. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Art Therapy.

I am extremely active with social justice issues in my community and see myself as an advocate for all humans including my clients. In my spare time, I love to visit history museums, study astronomy, and conduct any activity that involves self-care. I’m looking forward to meeting you and am excited to bring healing to you and your family.
