I'm an eclectic therapist who utilizes play, narrative and art therapy techniques to help kids and adolescents process feelings, learn new skills and reach their potential.

I am a Pre-licensed Counselor in the state of Georgia.

I have 14 years of experience in the field, as well as an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a Forensic concentration from Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area and B.A.s in Vocal Music Performance and Psychology from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA.

My years of experience include providing individual, family, and small group therapy in addition to teaching psychoeducational classes, parenting sessions and anti-bullying workshops. I have experience in the juvenile justice, school, community and clinic settings. In addition to my clinical work, I have worked as a social services case manager for child protective services. I am a NAMI-trained Crisis Intervention Team - Youth (CIT-Y) instructor and an adjunct faculty member at Tarzana Treatment Centers College.

I’m trained in TF-CBT, grief and motivational interviewing. I am client-centered and I take time to build a good therapeutic relationship.

I am a mom and a bunny grandma. I like to read and sew in my spare time.
